LEARN ABOUT US
Mission
To support the health and well-being of the Joliet area community.
History
The JCF was formed in 2000 when a group of community members began addressing the urgent need for a local facility to house a senior citizen center, community library and a volunteer ambulance service. At that time, the project was accepted into The Montana Community Foundation’s Renaissance Grant Program. This program helped us keep focus on the goal; it also provided financial support through community matches.
Since that time, a multi-purpose Joliet Community Center has been built through donations of money, labor, materials and several small grants. The Center houses a health clinic, library, Head Start Program and senior citizen center. It also provides a much-needed gathering place for the community to meet.
We continue to build our endowment and support our community by assisting the community center and other community groups to thrive.

GOOD WORKS
The Joliet Community Foundation assisted in the construction of the Joliet Community Center. In addition, we have provided grants to the community center, senior citizen center, the Joliet Ambulance Service, volunteer firefighters and several youth groups.
