Montana Community Foundation Funds
With the help of generous donors, the Montana Community Foundation created a number of field of interest funds to address specific needs in Montana.

Grants awarded from the earnings of these funds are directed toward improving the quality of life in Montana communities in special ways. Donors who share the goals of these funds are invited to support them with gifts of any size.
Arco Rural Development Fund
This fund is designated to benefit rural development in the Bitterroot, Gold and Mountain regions of Montana.
Blaine County Community Foundation Endowment
This fund is designated to support charitable causes in the Blaine County, Montana area.
Children's Endowment Fund
This fund was established to support the health and welfare of children up to the age of 18 in the Billings, Montana area.
Concern for the Aged
This fund benefits programs and organizations supporting Montana's elderly population.
Deshler Family Endowment Fund
This fund is designated to benefit charitable organizations and causes in and around the Butte, Montana area, especially to assist the needy as recommended by the Butte Ministerial Association.
Edna Olson Endowment
This fund is designated to benefit the youth of eastern Montana.
Fund for the 22nd Century
This fund was established to grow and remain untouched until 2100, at which time it will be used to benefit Montana at the discretion of the MCF Board of Directors.
Hardin Area Community Fund
This fund benefits the Hardin Revitalization Committee Main Street and Beyond organization in Hardin, Montana.
Latigo Fund for Rural Montana
This fund supports charitable programs that increase the viability of Montana's small communities.
Matthews-Dousman Memorial Endowment
This fund was established to benefit another fund, the Greater Yellowstone Regional Fund.
Montana Community Foundation Founders Fund
The Founders Fund was established to support the mission of the Montana Community Foundation.
Montana Community Foundation Anti-Poverty Endowment
This fund was established to support the reduction of poverty in Montana.
Montana Renaissance Endowment
This fund grew from a challenge grant from the Ford Foundation to build an endowment in support of rural community vitality. Specifically, the Renaissance Fund supports the creation and growth of local community foundations.
Power-Tobin Endowment for Historic Preservation
This fund was established to encourage and assist in the cost of preserving and maintaining sites of historic significance in Montana.
Social Justice Montana
This fund was established to combat intolerance and social injustice at a statewide level.
Sustainable Communities and Environments Endowment
This fund is dedicated to sustaining the environment and Montana communities.
The Women’s Foundation of Montana (WFM) was created in 1999 with a challenge grant from the Chambers Family Fund of Colorado. This fund is dedicated to improving the economic status of women and creating a brighter economic future for girls.
Yellowstone Project to Promote Tolerance Endowment
This fund was established for education about the causes, instruments and dangers of discrimination and promotion of the advancement of human and civil rights.
